Position: R&D Assistant
We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled R&D Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support product development and improvement activities
- Assist in product testing, analysis, and trial production
- Conduct research on materials, processes, and manufacturing improvements
- Prepare technical reports and R&D documentation
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for process improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in B. Tech (B. Tech Food)
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and technical analysis
- Must have own two-wheeler with a valid driving license
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
