Position: IT Supervisor

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

•  Configure and maintain desktop systems, peripherals, and user accounts while ensuring data security.
•  Test and validate software functionality and reliability.
•  Design network setups and oversee PABX configurations for new branches.
• Manage production schedules, debug errors, and ensure optimal system performance.
• Coordinate asset transfers and IT setups across branches.
•  Install, configure, and support routing and switching systems.
• Act as the first point of contact for end-user technical issues.
• Manage networking solutions across all offices.
• Implement and enforce internet/intranet policies.
•  Mentor and guide junior IT team members.
•  Support management with assigned IT-related objectives.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
•  Familiarity with CCNA/MCSE, VPN routers, and firewall devices.
•  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•  Must possess a valid two-wheeler license and own a vehicle.
