LEADS Nepal aims to improve the mental health and socio-economic condition of men, women, boys and girls with mental illness, people with disabilities, their careers and address their needs. It facilitates access to community based mental health services, affordable medication, access to vocational training, credit and livelihoods activities. The project goal is to improve mental health outcomes, increased social integration, women`s economic security and empowerment, greater adherence to treatment regimes, increased income and independence.
LEADS is implementing its three year (2024-2026) Socio-Economic Empowerment and MEntal Health (SEE-ME) project in Baglung, Myagdi and Nawalpur East districts. We inviteapplications from interested and eligible candidates for the following positions. All positions
are field based in one of the above districts. Salaries and benefits will be according to the LEADS HR policy guidelines
Programme Officer 1 (Gender, Health and Women Entrepreneurship)
Minimum Qualifications: BPH from recognised institution, experienced in community mental health, social counselling
Livelihood Training Coordinator 1
Minimum Qualifications: BSC Ag, or Professional Qualifications
District Field Coordinator 1
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor Degree, experienced in social work
Public Health Nurse 1
Minimum Qualifications: PCL Nursing, registered with nursing council
Cooperative Assistant 1
Minimum Qualifications: SEE or above
