Position: Regional Sales Manager

Academic Qualification: Bachelor Degree, Masters will be additional advantage

Experience Required: 5 years in related field

Job Description:

• Manage and lead area & Regional sales team
• Responsible for achieving the target of planned sales by channel and customer
• Prepare strategic planning, monitor, performance of the team and take corrective actions
• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
• Willingness to travel extensively as per production distribution network
• Conversant with Office Package applications and somehow knowledge of Sales Apps. etc.
• Prepare annual sales forecasts, projections, and strategic action plans
• Appoint distributors to expand the market coverage and penetration
• Analyze competitor activities and make plan accordingly
• Preference given to candidates who have 5 or more years of experience in same designation
• Should have own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license
• Willingness to relocate where and when is necessary
• Strong communication/reporting skills with both verbal & written in Nepali & English
