Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain acceptable airworthiness, safety and performance standards in H9 aircraft fleet of A319 & A320.
Ensure aircraft maintenance is in compliance with the requirement of NCAR-145.
Train technicians in A319, A320 aircraft maintenance, SMS, human factor, etc.
Accomplish production, maintenance and inspection tasks with optimum use of manpower and resources in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
Assist Director-M&E in H9 A330 fleet expansion.
Implement procedures for Line Maintenance, Ground Service Equipment, Maintenance Sub-base and Line Stations with regard to manpower/man-hour, tools and equipment planning.
Ensure monitoring of maintenance personnel for strict adherence of the usage of properly maintained and calibrated equipments and tools.
Inspect and approve the productive work task in line with the terms of his authorization required by the Quality Assurance Department.

Qualification Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience in Aircraft Maintenance of A320 family.
CAAN AMT License or equivalent.
Proficient in both English and Chinese language
