Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy aligned with corporate objectives and long-term growth plans
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to the Board of Directors and senior management to support strategic decision-making Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure the company’s sustainability and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with Nepalese financial regulations, company law, and international accounting standards
  • Support the Board of Directors in establishing and enforcing financial governance policies and procedures. Evaluate investment opportunities, leasing arrangements, and aircraft financing projects
  • Support strategic initiatives such as fleet expansion, route development, and capital projects Liaise with auditors, regulatory authorities, financial institutions, and shareholders.
  • Prepare and present financial results, budgets, and strategic plans to internal and external stakeholders Support transparent communication with investors, government agencies, and airline partners

Qualification Requirements

  • Post Graduate or Chartered Accountancy or Certified Management Accountant.
  •  At least 27 years of work experience in related field
  •  Experience in international airline industry will be preferred
  •  Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese language.

Duties and Responsibilities

  •  Manage overall function of AMP of Himalaya Airlines
  •  Supervise maintenance aviation of A320 fleet Co-ordinate with certified engine releasing A320 fleet
  •  Ensure Maintenance Operations are conducted in accordance with the conditions and restrictions of the Air Operator Certificate (AOC)
  • Ensure that the maintenance facilities are adequate and in compliance with the requirements of NCAR-145 on which the Maintenance Approval is granted.
  •  Arrange for contracting out maintenance to third parties as well as providing contracted maintenance service to other operators within the scope of approval granted by CAAN

Qualification Requirements

  • 12 Years of aviation experience of which at least 5 years should be Line Maintenance
  • Holder of CAA Nepal License or equivalent with rating on relevant sample of the type(s) of aircraft or components maintained by the organization with the certifying experience of 8 years

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain acceptable airworthiness, safety and performance standards in H9 aircraft fleet of A319 & A320
  •  Ensure aircraft maintenance is in compliance with the requirement of NCAR-145
  • Train technicians in A319, A320 aircraft maintenance, SMS, human factor, etc.
  • Accomplish production, maintenance and inspection tasks with optimum use of manpower and resources in the most efficient and cost-effective manner
  • Assist Director – M&E in H9 A330 fleet expansion Implement procedures for Line Maintenance, Ground Service Equipment, Maintenance Sub-base and Line Stations with regard to manpower/man-hour, tools and equipment planning.
  • Ensure that maintenance personnel are using properly maintained and calibrated equipments and tools
  • Exercise his/her license/approval in his/her inspection for productive work task and upholding the terms of his authorization required by the organization’s Quality Assurance Department

Qualification Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Aircraft Maintenance of A320 family
  •  CAAN AMT License or equivalent
  •  Proficient in both English and Chinese language
