Position: Sr. Manager / Manager – Finance & Accounts
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- MBA (Finance) with 5–7 years or CA with 3–5 years of experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry
- Strong expertise in financial reporting & budgeting
- Excellent analytical, reconciliation & financial planning skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and analyze financial MIS, reports, and forecasts
- Lead project budgeting, cost monitoring, and variance analysis
- Oversee accounting operations, reconciliations, and AP/AR management
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial policies
- Deliver accurate and timely financial reports to management
