Management Trainee – Corporate Advisory Unit

Job Description

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  •  Assist in preparing the proposal and forward to the potential client for corporate advisory.
  •  Assist in preparing & signing of the agreement with the Client Company.
  •  Collect charter documents, financial data and other relevant information and documents from the Client Company and safe keep the documents received.
  •  Assist in analyzing financial data, charter documents of the Client Company.
  • Assist in preparing financial modelling, projection and valuation of the client company.
  •  Assist with industry and market research and analysis.
  • Assist in preparing various report such as feasibility reports, investment memorandum and pitch deck etc.
  •  Arrange meetings with stakeholders.
  •  Prepare and recommend proposals for underwriting of the securities.
  •  Send claims and follow up regularly for the settlement.
  • Other necessary tasks as required.

Expected Skills/ Experience/Knowledge

  •  Possesses good command over Microsoft Excel and basic working knowledge of other MS Applications.
  • Possesses strong verbal & written communication, interpersonal and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to perform valuation of business and interpretation of financial statements.
  • Knowledge of different financial instruments and their usage in capital and money markets.
  • Possesses good analytical skills.
  •  Ability to manage a varied workload and multiple concurrent projects
  • Team player, self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook.
  •  Attention to detail.

Eligibility Criteria

  •  Master’s degree in Finance/ Management.
  • Should have minimum first division or CGPA 3.25 on a scale of 4 from recognized university.
  •  Age should not exceed 30 years as on November 27, 2024.
