About the Business

The company has multiple warehouses across Nepal. Each warehouse has sales representative team, accounts department, driver, dispatch team and a warehouse manager. The Head office has central accounts, HR, Sales & marketing team, MIS, administration team.

Purpose of the Position:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensure efficient and effective execution of company strategies and goals.

Qualification:
MBA or Equivalent with relevant Specialization
Master’s degree from abroad would be an added advantage

Job Location: Lalitpur, Pulchowk

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management and Task Execution:
    – Break down larger projects into manageable tasks. Create detailed project plans, assign tasks to team members, and track progress towards milestones.
    – Manage resources and budgets. Allocate resources effectively and ensure project costs stay within budget constraints.
    – Coordinate with different departments. Communicate with various teams to ensure seamless collaboration and timely completion of tasks.
  • Design, Develop & Implement Operational Strategy.
    – Manage and direct the daily operations of the company, including departments like Purchase, Inventory, Warehouse, logistics, supply chain, Accounts and human resources.
    – Ensure smooth functioning of internal processes and procedures.
    – Implement company strategies and tactics at the operational level.
    – Oversee budgets and expenditures, aiming for cost-efficiency and maximizing resource utilization.

Experience: 2-5 Years Exp in Business Operation. Experience working in abroad would be added advantage. Must have handled following responsibilities in the past role

  • Financial Management and Budgeting
  • Data analysis and reporting

Selection Process

The selection process will be held in two stages

  • Interview will be conducted in first stage.
  • Written Assessment along with Practical Industry relevant Assignment/Project will be conducted in second stage

Salary:

Depending upon performance in selection process candidate’s salary will be between Rs 30,000 to Rs 50,000 per month

Resources Required:

  • Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
