Soaltee Hotel Limited, a pioneering public limited company in the hospitality sector and a listed entity on the stock exchange, is inviting applications for various positions for its operations and project activities. The company owns and operates The Soaltee Kathmandu, a luxury five-star hotel in Kathmandu, along with other hotels operated by its associate companies in Nepal. We are seeking to recruit competent, determined, self-motivated, result-oriented, dynamic, confident, ambitious, and enthusiastic candidates for the following various positions.

Responsibilities

• Must have working knowledge of National and International practices in Corporate and Commercial Law.
• Should possess excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English and Nepali legal languages.
• Should handle corporate legal matters, labour law-related matters, and opinions on the legal issues and ability to implement changes in Policies / Processes in accordance with the corresponding laws.
• Sharp knowledge of concern Nepalese Law and excellent legal documentation, drafting / veiling contractual agreements, petitions, application, and corresponding letter drafting skills in English as well as Nepali Language.
• Ability to coordinate with external Lawyers / Legal Advisors, and evaluating and proposing disciplinary action in cases of employee, coordinate and lead Legal team of the Company and Associates.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 5 -10 years of relevant experience in a reputed organization or law firm.

Qualifications

• A minimum qualification of Master Degree in Law (LLM), specialization in Commercial Law.
