Manager – Performance Management
The Manager – Performance Management at F1Soft International Pvt. Qualification and Experience
- Master’s degree in relevant field (specialization in HRM is preferred).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in performance management, employee development, and/or organizational development.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing performance management systems.
Job Description
- Design, implement, and manage the organization’s performance management system.
- Ensure the performance management system aligns with the company’s strategic objectives and culture.
- Oversee the development and implementation of employees’ professional development plans (PDPs).
- Identify and recommend training and development opportunities to address performance gaps.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on performance management and development.
- Coordinate the annual and mid-year performance review processes.
- Train managers and employees on effective performance review techniques and tools.
- Monitor and track the achievement of goals throughout the performance cycle.
- Provide regular reports and analysis on performance metrics.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on giving constructive feedback.
- Collect and analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
- Use data to drive decisions and strategies related to performance management.
- Closely work with all levels of employees of all verticals of F1Soft Group
- Other assigned by the supervisor.
