Job Description
- Implementation of best practices, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve the sales performance of the segments.
- Ensure productivity and profitability of the auto parts business.
- Develop and formulate action plans to achieve agreed annual targets.
- Plan and forecast monthly sales by trend and seasonal analysis and allocate the target to the area sales manager.
- Ensure monthly/quarterly/yearly targets of sales and market share are achieved by the team.
- Daily monitoring sales and sales process of Area Sales Managers.
- Plan and execute sales and marketing activities in Authorized Service Centers (ASC’s) in coordination with the ASC incharge.
- Keep track of competitors’ activities to develop a plan to mitigate their activity.
Job Specifications
- Master’s Degree with 4 years of relevant experience or Graduate with 7 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced knowledge, basic management skills, problem-solving in predictable environments, and defined accountability on operational issues.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent team development and leadership skills.
- Strategic planning and decision-making skills.
- K Preference will be given to candidates with experience in sales and marketing of auto parts, automobiles, and FMCG.
