Job Description

  • Implementation of best practices, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve the sales performance of the segments.
  • Ensure productivity and profitability of the auto parts business.
  • Develop and formulate action plans to achieve agreed annual targets.
  • Plan and forecast monthly sales by trend and seasonal analysis and allocate the target to the area sales manager.
  •  Ensure monthly/quarterly/yearly targets of sales and market share are achieved by the team.
  • Daily monitoring sales and sales process of Area Sales Managers.
  •  Plan and execute sales and marketing activities in Authorized Service Centers (ASC’s) in coordination with the ASC incharge.
  • Keep track of competitors’ activities to develop a plan to mitigate their activity.

Job Specifications

  • Master’s Degree with 4 years of relevant experience or Graduate with 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced knowledge, basic management skills, problem-solving in predictable environments, and defined accountability on operational issues.
  •  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  •  Excellent team development and leadership skills.
  • Strategic planning and decision-making skills.
  • K Preference will be given to candidates with experience in sales and marketing of auto parts, automobiles, and FMCG.
