Role and Responsibilities:

• To raise the product demand in the designated area.
• Develop a deep understanding of customers, products and the buyer’s journey.
• To explore potential market, customer, painter and dealers to increase demand.
• Develop, maintain and execute demand generation plans aligned with business goals.
• Identify market opportunities and customer type and regular follow up to the customer for convincing to use our product.
• Work closely with customer, painters and dealers within appointed working stations and, ultimately, drive additional customer and demand of the product.
• Plan and execute custom marketing campaigns – using different methods and social tools that are both unique as well as appeals to the preferences of our target audience.
• To undertake any reasonable duties as per direction of the ASM.

Requirements:

• Qualification: High School Degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Experience: At least 1-year experience in the sales & marketing field and previous experience in the paint products will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and sales skills are essential
• Valid driving license is required
• Should be willing to travel extensively across designated area

Salary:       NPR 15-20 K per month
