Inventory & Dispatch Officer

Responsibilities:

1. Manages inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels.

2. Analysis daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages

3. Monitors demand and analysis data to anticipate future supply and logistical needs.

4. Reports on inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency and personnel issues to upper management

5. Manage warehouse space to store maximum possible finished goods without damage and follow FIFO principle during dispatch

6. Ensure that the finished Goods inventory movements like receipt, issue transfer and dispatch are correctly and completely.

7. Undertake physical stock verification every month against the system data.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related subject.

2. Minimum 3-4 years of proven experience as a Dispatch Officer or Dispatch Assistant in the manufacturing company.

3. Must be able to work in a flexible schedule that includes occasional evenings, weekend and holidays

4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

5. Good command in Tally and MS- Excel.
