Receptionist
Job Description
- Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Managing the reception area, including keeping it clean and organized.
- Receiving, sorting, and distributing daily mail and packages.
- Managing appointments and scheduling meetings.
- Providing basic information to visitors, clients, and staff.
- Assisting with basic administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Maintaining office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Handling inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional manner.
Job Specification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school or Bachelors degree with Previous experience in a similar role may be preferred
