Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall company goals.

Growth Marketing:

  • Utilize A/B testing and experimentation to optimize acquisition channels, conversion rates, customer retention and customer lifetime value.

Brand Management:

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of a strong brand identity.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and visual representation across all channels.
  • Implement strategies to enhance brand awareness and equity.

Digital Marketing:

  • Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize digital campaigns and improve online presence.
  • Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Develop creative and compelling marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.

Team Leadership:

  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting professional development.

Partnerships and Collaborations:

  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to enhance marketing reach and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to support marketing initiatives.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
  • Monitor and report on budget performance, making adjustments as necessary.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly evaluate marketing effectiveness.
  • Provide insightful reports to the leadership team, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or MBA.
  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a track record of successful campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and emerging trends.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively.
