Marketing Officer (Events)

Main Responsibilities:

• Initiations of MOU with external parties and internal coordination with internal departments
• Promotion coordination with internal departments
• Setting deadlines and reviewing previous campaigns
• Attend and execution of events
• Identify the client’s requirements and expectations for each event.

Job Description:

• Cross-functional collaboration
• Campaign management and promotion execution
• Content development
• Inititate and attend meetings with external parties
• Internal and external event promotion execution

Requirements:

• At least 1-year experience as an event coordinator would be of added benefit
• Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
• Outstanding vendor management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
