Position Title: Assistant Manager HR and Administration
Location: Biratnagar
Position Summary:
As a key contributor, the position will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, engaging our employees through exciting activities, managing performance appraisals, maintaining databases, ensuring accurate attendance records, overseeing office administration, and efficiently handling procurement and stock management.

- Performance appraisal management
- Database management & Attendance management.
- Supervision of office administration
- Procurement & management of office stock.
Requirement
- Graduate/postgraduate in management
- 5 to 8 years of experience in HR & Administration
- Good understanding of best HR practices and current regulations
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- A high degree of proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
