Assistant Logistics Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and Manage Packing, Shipping, and Outbound Transportation from your site to external suppliers and customers
- Plan and Manage Inbound Transportation from external suppliers when requested.
- Collect the needs of the site MPs, customer service, and other internal customers (through ERP)
- Manage relevant transportation means according to delivery dates
- Provide visibility on delivery dates to the site Material planners
- Monitor Logistic supplier commitment, and deliveries and follow Logistic supplier OTIF performance and other KPIs
- Ensure the process with the 3PL
- Manage vendor bills ensuring payment queries are cleared on time,
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services
Qualifications Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Should have around 7+ years in the manufacturing industry with relevant experience in any two below functions:
- Logistics Forwarding
- Customs
- Warehouse Management
- Logistics Forwarding
- Customs
- Warehouse Management
- IT Skills: ERP, MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
