We Invite an application for the below mentioned positions for different locations of the country:
Sr. Officer – Parts MIS
Location: Dhobighat
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely placement of SOP orders for all branches and AROs.
- Manage the LOR sheet.
- Track VOR orders and update entries in the Logistic Tracker.
- Coordinate with principal company regarding parts-related queries.
- Generate daily MTD Parts Sales Reports
- Prepare Retail Reports for principal company.
- Coordinate the arrangement of critical parts sent by branches or the service department.
- Generate SAR Reports.
- Conduct daily reviews of parts complaints.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Proven experience of 4-5 years in MIS or related roles with a focus on order management, data analysis, and reporting
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and record-keeping
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data management and reporting
- Prior experience in the heavy equipment or automobile industries is preferable
