JOB OPPORTUNITY
Position: Manager-Logistics
Location: Sanepa, Lalitpur
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage vehicle release from customs and border points
- Handle completed customs documentation and clearance process
- Arrange and manage vehicle insurance and claims
- Oversee vehicle registration with transport authorities
- Manage ownership transfer process for customers
- Ensure compliance with government rules and legal requirements
- Maintain accurate logistics and vehicle documentation records
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, warehouse)
- Liaise with external teams (sales, finance, warehouse)
- Liaise with external parties (customs agents, insurance companies, transport office)
- Monitor logistics operations and resolve delays/issues efficiently
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- 9 years above of experience in automobile logistics or related field
- Strong knowledge of customs clearance, vehicle registration, and insurance processes
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with government procedures and documentation
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadline
