Position: Front Desk Officer
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our products or services
- Assist other departments with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Duty Time: 9am-5pm
