Skill Assessment/Documentation Officer
Job Description:
- Maintain an efficient document management system, which includes creating, updating, and archiving documents.
- Ensure that records and documents are accurately recorded, categorized, and stored appropriately.
- Facilitate the retrieval of documents when they are needed by authorized personnel.
- Manage document versions to ensure that the most up-to-date and relevant information is available to the organization.
- Ensure that documents are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Check the documents in details for accuracy and authenticity.
Other Specification:
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proven track record in document management, record-keeping, or a similar role, preferably with a focus on study abroad documentation.
- Proficiency with document management software and tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
- Knowledge of relevant bank information, government laws and regulations (e.g., data privacy, record retention).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills .
- Can work under pressure.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Leadership skills.
