Skill Assessment/Documentation Officer

Job Description:

  • Maintain an efficient document management system, which includes creating, updating, and archiving documents.
  • Ensure that records and documents are accurately recorded, categorized, and stored appropriately.
  • Facilitate the retrieval of documents when they are needed by authorized personnel.
  • Manage document versions to ensure that the most up-to-date and relevant information is available to the organization.
  • Ensure that documents are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Check the documents in details for accuracy and authenticity.

Other Specification:

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proven track record in document management, record-keeping, or a similar role, preferably with a focus on study abroad documentation.
  • Proficiency with document management software and tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
  • Knowledge of relevant bank information, government laws and regulations (e.g., data privacy, record retention).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills .
  • Can work under pressure.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Leadership skills.
