Position: Digital Marketing Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Developing Digital Marketing Strategies: Creating and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals, increase brand awareness, and drive traffic to the company’s online platforms.
  • Content Creation and Management: Developing and managing content for various digital channels, including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
  • Social Media Management: Managing and growing the company’s presence on social media platforms, creating engaging content, monitoring interactions, and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implementing SEO best practices to improve the company’s online visibility, increase organic search traffic, and optimize website content for search engines.
  • Email Marketing: Planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and promote products or services.
  • Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising: Managing PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads or social media platforms to drive targeted traffic and generate leads.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitoring and analyzing digital marketing performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and providing regular reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Lead Generation and Conversion: Implementing strategies to capture leads and optimize conversion rates through various digital channels.
  • Online Advertising and Remarking: Planning and executing online advertising campaigns, including display ads and remarking efforts to target specific audiences.
  • Budget Management: Efficiently managing the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
  • Market Research: Conducting market research and staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams, such as sales, design, and product teams, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree or any  equivalent qualification in Marketing with Trainings support of Digital Marketing  with minimum 1 year experience in Digital Marketing of Parliament brand or Digital Marketing Agency with knowledge of Digital Marketing KPIs.
  • Salary negotiable
