Job Description:
-Maintain an efficient document management system, which includes creating, updating, and archiving documents.
-Ensure that records and documents are accurately recorded, categorized, and stored appropriately.
-Facilitate the retrieval of documents when they are needed by authorized personnel.
-Manage document versions to ensure that the most up-to-date and relevant information is available to the organization.
-Ensure that documents are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
-Check the documents in details for accuracy and authenticity.
Other Specification:
-Strong organizational skills.
-Proven track record in document management, record-keeping, or a similar role, preferably with a focus on study abroad documentation.
-Proficiency with document management software and tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
-Knowledge of relevant bank information, government laws and regulations (e.g., data privacy, record retention).
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills .
-Can work under pressure.
-Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
-Leadership skills.
