Position: Branch Manager Location: Pokhara, Nepal
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch office in Pokhara.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract students seeking educational opportunities abroad.
- Provide counseling and guidance to students regarding available study options, admission procedures, and visa requirements.
- Manage a team of counselors and administrative staff, ensuring efficient workflow and excellent customer service.
- Establish and maintain relationships with partner universities, colleges, and educational institutions.
- Monitor and achieve sales targets, while ensuring adherence to company policies and ethical practices.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and escalations from clients in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare regular reports on branch performance, including sales figures, student inquiries, and feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the education sector or related industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Nepali, both written and verbal.
- Proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
- Knowledge of study abroad procedures, visa regulations, and international education systems is advantageous.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic IT skills.
