Job Description
- Assist during category finalization meetings for A+ and Mega campaigns in collaboration with the Commercial Team
- Prepare comprehensive PMO Sheets for A+ & Mega Campaigns, outlining departmental tasks, deadlines, and points of contact to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Facilitate PMO Calls as needed for effective campaign coordination and progress tracking
- Develop Campaign Specsheet for A+ and Mega campaigns, detailing landing pages and crucial links in alignment with merchandising and onsite teams
- Coordinate regional deliverables to ensure timely completion and streamlined timeline management
- Collaborate with S&P, Partnership, and Commercial teams to brainstorm engagement and giveaway mechanics for promotions, creating consolidated sheets with detailed requirements to ensure promotions
- Serve as a liaison between the commercial and design teams, ensuring alignment on design-specific requirements when needed
- Oversee & review pages & Homepage layouts in terms of copies, modules and look & feel before placing design requirements and ensure accuracy before they are live on app
- Assist in aligning deliverables with partners, including Brands, Banks, Marketing, Marketplace Operations, for A+ and Mega campaigns
- Monitor mechanics visibility, topline performances, and campaign page performances, making necessary optimizations based on performance data
- Establish and conduct timely performance review calls with relevant stakeholders, following up on action plans to enhance campaign effectiveness
Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years of experience is preferred
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced culture with Multitasking at the forefront
- Ability to perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision while driving timelines across multiple teams
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong accountability and ownership values
