Shree Kumari Educational Trust, an organization working in the sector of education and health is seeking for the following posts in Shree Kumari Primary School situated in Hasaura, Kawasoti 4, Nawalparasi, providing education with hostel facility to the poor, orphan and deprived children.

Principal
Required skills and qualifications
Candidates applying for this position should have a minimum Bachelor Level
completed in Education Faculty or equivalent or have a Master’s degree of Education.
Applicants must have a good knowledge of English and also have good computer skills.
Other required skills are:
- Impressive leadership skills to guide and motivate teachers, students and other
staff members. - Ideal candidates typically have advanced experience in education, preferably previously serving as a teacher to help provide valuable expertise and advice to teachers to enhance teacher performance and improve student grades.
- Effective problem-solving and conflict management skills to provide quick and
logical solutions to high-level issues that the school may undergo. - Good communication skills, handle things tactfully, understanding the art of teaching and good at multitasking and adapting to changing environments is needed.
- Applicants should have a motivated spirit for the poor, orphaned and deprived children, understand their feelings and should have knowledge of child rights.
- They are also expected to take an interest in the mission and objectives of SOS
- Children’s Villages, thus to have good knowledge of their activities.
- Priority will be given to experienced candidates who have gained critical
- knowledge about how to run a school effectively and on how to provide its students with high-quality education and resources.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
The school Principal oversees the daily activities and operations within a school.
Other important tasks include: creating an optimal educational atmosphere, drawing up class schedules, approving curriculam, maximizing educational potential, promoting teamwork, organizing meetings, able to outline and implement a policy and, providing regular updates and progress reports to the executive committee and relevant authorities, ensuring a safe school environment, taking the initiative to introduce new ideas, managing money and money processes, evaluating the educational process and programs, implementing courses, course books and training.
Encouraging, guiding and assisting staff and teachers, organizing meetings.
Age : between 30 to 48 years
Salary : between 35.000 – 60.000 Nepali Rupees
The salary may depend on the level of experience, education and will be in accordance with the rules of the Trust
Mentor and Teaching Assistant
Required skills and qualifications
Candidates applying for this post should have a minimum Bachelor Level completed in Social Study or equivalent and at least with 3 years work experience in the social sector. Applicants must have a good knowledge of English and also have good computer skills.
Other required skills are :
- Applicants must have a motivated spirit for the poor, orphaned and deprived children and understand their feelings. Applicants must have knowledge of the Rights of the Child. They are also expected to take an interest in the mission of SOS Children’s Villages
- Good communication skills and understanding the life of poor people
- Knowledge of English and good computer skills
- Assist the teachers and the Principal
- Able to make progress reports and create files of the students
- Making home visits and together with the family consider the children’s future
- Making conversation with the children about their future
- There is possibility to stay in the hostel of the Kumari School.
Age : between 30 and 40 years
Salary : between 25.000 -35.000 Nepali Rupees
There is possibility to stay in the hostel of the Kumari School.
