Receptionist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and presentable.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes when required.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Provide basic information about the company’s services and policies to visitors and callers.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies for the front desk and place orders as needed.
