Job Specification
Education Level: Undergraduate in any IT related field (BIM , BIT , BCIS , Bsc. Csit, BCA etc) or running.
Experience Required: At least 1 year of work experience in the related field
Skills Required
- Outspoken personality with good communication skills
- Willing to provide off-hours support if required.
- IT background is preferable
Other Specification
- Driving License with own vehicle
- Ready to make client visits as per requirement

Job Description:
- Responsible for Primary Support to new payment gateway integration merchants for integration in onboarding
- Post onboarding tech/nontech support existing KPG merchants and Bazaar merchants
- Support in onboarding new bazaar merchants
- Work Collaboratively for compiling issues reports reported by the Customer support and Bank support departments
- Handle Government merchants to onboard in Khalti
- Visit Govt merchants to clear impediments in the Khali onboarding process.
