Job Specification

Education Level: Undergraduate in any IT related field (BIM , BIT , BCIS , Bsc. Csit, BCA etc) or running.

Experience Required: At least 1 year of work experience in the related field

Skills Required

  •  Outspoken personality with good communication skills
  •  Willing to provide off-hours support if required.
  •  IT background is preferable

Other Specification

  • Driving License with own vehicle
  •  Ready to make client visits as per requirement
  • Ability to handle pressure
  •  Team Lead traits

Job Description:

  •  Responsible for Primary Support to new payment gateway integration merchants for integration in onboarding
  •  Post onboarding tech/nontech support existing KPG merchants and Bazaar merchants
  • Support in onboarding new bazaar merchants
  • Work Collaboratively for compiling issues reports reported by the Customer support and Bank support departments
  • Handle Government merchants to onboard in Khalti
  •  Visit Govt merchants to clear impediments in the Khali onboarding process.
