Meropadhai is a Pokhara-based educational platform with online courses available on a subscription model. It runs its operations through website “www.meropadhai.com” and mobile app available on both iOS and Android. As a rising tech startup with plans to expand its capabilities, the company is looking for an energetic salesperson. The ideal candidate would understand sales strategies and possess excellent communication skills. The deserving individual will have the opportunity to swiftly get promoted and lead their own team, based on their performance. The primary roles of the salesperson will include promoting Meropadhai’s online courses and fostering relationships with stakeholders.

  2. Customer Relationship Management
  3. Market Research
  4. Reporting and Analytics

Desired Qualifications:

  1.  Experience in education or sales or a related field
  2.  Strong understanding of sales strategies and tools
  3.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4.  Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  5.  Familiarity with the education sector and online learning platforms

This role is only available for candidates based in Pokhara and require to have their own vehicle. The starting salary will be Rs 30,000 per month plus extra for fuel and phone calls. They will also be provided lunch during the afternoon. Their performance will be judged and added a reasonable commission based on revenue after three months.
