Location: Archalbot, Pokhara, Nepal
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Rs18,000-20,000

A growing company dedicated to delivering local produce is looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for customers.

Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and efficient Receptionist to manage our online presence on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to online clients and incoming phone calls.
  • Provide basic and accurate information via social media.
  • Coordinate distribution of deliveries.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing and office supply management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Customer service attitude.
  • +2 Level education, Bachelor’s degree will be preferred.
  • Individuals with their own laptop will be preferred.
  • Knowledge of MS word, MS excel
  • Experience with office equipment (e.g., scanners and printers)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
