A growing company dedicated to delivering local produce is looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for customers.
Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and efficient Receptionist to manage our online presence on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to online clients and incoming phone calls.
- Provide basic and accurate information via social media.
- Coordinate distribution of deliveries.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing and office supply management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer service attitude.
- +2 Level education, Bachelor’s degree will be preferred.
- Individuals with their own laptop will be preferred.
- Knowledge of MS word, MS excel
- Experience with office equipment (e.g., scanners and printers)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
