Qualifications & Experience:

Professional qualification in ACCA, CA, MBA, or Master’s in Agribusiness or a related field
Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in agribusiness, FMCG, agriculture finance, or related sectors.
Proven track record in strategic planning, financial leadership, and managing multi-unit or subsidiary operations
Experience working with farmers, agricultural cooperatives, or rural communities is highly desirable
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Position: Senior Project Engineer

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Agricultural Engineering or structural engineering or relevant field from a recognized institution. Master’s in relevant field will be highly prioritized
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project engineering, preferably in multi-sectoral projects (e.g., hydropower, agriculture, infrastructure)
Proven experience in project management, technical supervision, and business development
Strong knowledge of engineering software/tools and project costing methodologies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client handline skills

Position: Cooperative Coordinator

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Rural Development, management, Social Work, Cooperative Management or related field Master’s will be preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience working with cooperatives, farmer groups pr women’s Group directly or especially through NGO/INGO or development projects
Hands0on experience in field mobilization, community development and training facilitation

Position: Legal Manager
No. of Vacancy: 1
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Law from recognized university Master’s degree in Law (LLM) preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate legal management, preferably with exposure to agribusiness, Manufacturing, or finance sectors
Proven experience in handling legal proceedings and litigation (court appearances, case tracking, legal drafting, etc.)

Position: Export Manager
No. of Vacancy: 1
Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Agribusiness, Marketing or a related discipline. Master’s in relevant field will be preferred
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in export management, international sales, or agri-product trading
Demonstrated success om identifying and launching products in international markets
Familiarity with Nepal’s agricultural and herbal product landscape is preferred
