Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors.
  • Set marketing goals, budgets, and performance metrics.

Product Marketing:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for new product launches.
  • Create compelling product positioning and messaging to highlight the benefits and features of our products.
  • Coordinate with the product development team to ensure alignment with marketing efforts.
  • Develop channel of distributing meat product to meat shops, hotels, restaurants, and other end-users.

Brand Management:

  • Enhance the company’s brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, websites, social media content, and advertisements.
  • Introduce, implement, and review food literacy campaigns for better meat consumption.
  • Conduct awareness programs and trainings to local communities regarding meat products.

Digital Marketing:

  • Manage the company’s online presence, including website, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Optimize digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility, engagement, and conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using analytics tools.

Sales Support:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales materials and presentations.
  • Provide marketing support for sales initiatives and campaigns.
  • Analyze sales data to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make data-driven adjustments.

Event Management:

  • Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Manage event logistics, including vendor relationships, budgets, and promotional materials.
  • Evaluate the success of events and incorporate feedback into future planning.

Public Relations:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and key stakeholders.
  • Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
  • Handle crisis communication and reputation management as needed.

Others:

  • Maintain and enhance the working environment with all staff community.
  • Maintain and nurture SOP’s of company at all level.
  • Other responsibilities assigned by Supervisor
