Position: Chief Risk Officer (CRO)
Level: Officer to Managerial
No. of Vacancy: 1

Requirements:

Master’s Degree in Management/Economics (CA, Semi-CA/ ACCA preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of relevant banking experience in Risk Management
Strong knowledge of risk management, internal controls, corporate governance, and the NRB Regulatory Framework.
Age: Not exceeding 40 years

Position: Compliance/Legal Officer
No. of Vacancy: Few

Requirements:

Master’s Degree in Management/Economics (CA/Semi-CA/ACCA preferred) Preference will be given to candidates having sound knowledge and practical experience in compliance operations and regulatory functions.
Minimum of 5 years of banking experience in compliance/legal functions.
Sound knowledge of NRB Directives, BAFIA, AML/CFT, banking laws, and regulatory compliance.
Age: Not exceeding 40 years

Position: Branch Manager/Operations/Credit
Level: Assistant to Officer Level
No. of Vacancy: Few

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Management or above.
Minimum 3 years of relevant banking experience (freshers with exceptional knowledge and aptitude may also apply.
Good command of MS Office and English (written & spoken).
Preference will be given to local candidates holding a valid two-wheeler driving license
Age: Not exceeding 35 years
