Position: Program Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, implement, and monitor NIDWAN’s programs and projects.
- Coordinate with rights holders, stakeholders, and government bodies for effective policy implementation.
- Contribute to quality research, policy documents, reports, and advocacy materials.
- Collaborate with diverse teams and consultants to drive systemic change.
- Support team coordination and staff management to ensure smooth organisational operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Social Sciences or Humanities.
- 1–2 years of experience in program management, advocacy, or research.
- 2–3 years of experience working with civil society organizations, especially with women, Indigenous peoples, and persons with disabilities.
- Strong digital competency and ability to work on collaborative platforms.
