A leading Life Insurance Company invites applications from qualified and highly motivated candidates for the following post.

Job Location: Kathmandu and Janakpur

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal audits of various branches to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
•  Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and risk management systems.
•  Prepare and present audit reports with findings, recommendations, and follow-up actions.
• Review financial transactions, operational processes, and internal systems to identify areas of improvement.
•  Coordinate with management to strengthen internal governance and operational efficiency.
• Assist in developing and updating audit programs and procedures.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Pursuing professional certification such as CA, ACCA (Semi qualified shall be preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in auditing, preferably in insurance, banking, or financial institutions.
•  Sound knowledge of accounting standards, internal control systems, and regulatory compliance.
•  Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
•  Proficiency in MS Office and accounting/audit software.

Other Competencies:

•  High integrity and attention to detail.
•  Ability to work independently and within a team. Willingness to travel for branch audits across Nepal.

Remuneration: As per Company’s Rule.
