We are looking for instructors in these two tracks:
Web Development Track: Experience with Python, React
Data Science Track: Experience with large datasets and working with Numpy, Pandas
Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bootcamp Instructor to join our team. As a Bootcamp Instructor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality instruction and mentorship to our students, guiding them through our comprehensive curriculum and helping them develop the skills necessary for success in their chosen field.
Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging and interactive classroom sessions, workshops, and projects
- Deliver lectures, facilitate discussions, and provide hands-on demonstrations
- Provide personalized support and guidance to students, addressing questions and concerns
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to continuously improve curriculum and instructional materials
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure content relevancy
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the tech industry
- Proven experience in teaching, coaching, or mentoring individuals
- Strong knowledge of programming languages, software development methodologies, and relevant tools and technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for education and a commitment to student success
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and skill levels
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience teaching in a bootcamp or similar intensive learning environment
- Familiarity with project-based learning and experiential education methods
- Certification in relevant technologies or instructional design
