Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited (NSMBL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Nepal SBI Bank and one of the emerging investment banking institution having foreign collaboration with SBI Capital Markets Limited (India) seeks for application from dynamic, energetic, self-motivated leaders for the following positions.

Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Manager/Deputy Manager

Required No.: 1

Education Qualification:
Master’s Degree in Management/Finance/Economics or related field from recognized university or CA degree.

Experience:
More than 5 years in Capital Market/Investment Banking/Banking etc. Preference shall be given to those who have already worked in capital market/merchant banking/securities business.

Age:
Not exceeding 40 years as on last date of application.

Job Requirement:

  • Provide strong leadership in overall management and administration of all aspect of merchant- banking operations.
  • Framing of strategy, long term business goals, business development activities etc.
  • Monitor functioning of various departments and provide Strategic & operational guidance to each unit.
  • Should possess strong analytical problem solving, along with oral and written communication skills
