We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Content Strategist and Marketing Officer who will play a pivotal role in driving forward our content and marketing strategy. If you are eager to take on diverse responsibilities, think creatively, and embrace new challenges, we encourage you to apply!

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop a coherent and unified content and marketing strategy across social media, blogs, promotional materials, and video scripts.
  • Create and manage engaging content, including trail articles, trail descriptions, marketing documents, company blogs, and social media posts.
  • Work closely with the team to implement a data-driven marketing approach.
  • Leverage SEO and digital marketing strategies to enhance NepTrails’ global visibility and engagement.
  • Build a strong presence for NepTrails through PR and marketing campaigns.
  • Proofread all content to ensure clarity, coherence, and alignment with the brand’s vision.
  • Collaborate with the team to understand the broader mission and ensure all content reflects NepTrails’ objectives.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Passionate communicators with a love for reading, writing, and understanding knowledge from diverse perspectives.
  • Individuals with basic graphic design and video editing skills, and a strong desire to learn and grow is highly desirable.
  • A hands-on approach to work with a willingness to step outside their comfort zone and take responsibility for diverse tasks.
  • Candidates with 2-4 years of experience in the travel industry or related fields like content strategy, business development, or product management.
  • Applicants with strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Knowledge or experience in marketing, PR, and digital strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • A proven portfolio demonstrating expertise in content creation, marketing, or business development.
  • Commitment to working full-time without involvement in other jobs or projects.
  • Applicants planning or pursuing opportunities abroad are discouraged from applying.

Employment Terms

  • Minimum Tenure: A commitment of at least two years is mandatory.
  • Probation Period: The first month will be probationary, after which you will receive full access to the company database and an official contract.
  • Salary: Based on the value you bring to the role.
