Skills and Knowledge:

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and devices.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues efficiently.
• Good documentation and communication skills.
• Proactive, flexible, and capable of working under pressure.
• Willingness to work on rotational shifts and on-call duties.

Additional Requirements:

• Valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
• Ability to travel for field visits as required.

Experience:

• Fresher candidates with relevant educational background are eligible.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitor network performance including availability, utilization, throughput, and latency.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve network issues within the defined SLA.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, processes, and infrastructure changes according to SOP.
• Provide Level 2/3 support and troubleshooting for escalated network issues.
• Coordinate with internal departments and clients for issue resolution and network maintenance.
• Maintain network KPIs and KRAs in alignment with company targets.
• Configure, install, and maintain various network devices and services.
• Work under pressure and be available on-call 24×7 as per business requirements.
• Exhibit flexibility for both internal (IV) and external (OV) field visits.
• Work in rotational shifts as required.
