Shift In-Charge – Refinery

Basic Information:
Designation: Shift In-Charge
Department: Refinery
Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/chemical engineering
Experience: At least 2-5 years in the related field
Location: Birgunj

Principal Accountabilities:

• Supervise refinery operations during the assigned shift.
• Ensure production targets and schedules are met efficiently.
• Identify and troubleshoot process deviations to maintain production quality.
• Lead and motivate the shift team to maintain high productivity and morale.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Coordinate with the Quality Control department for routine and special tests.

Competency/ Knowledge/ Skills:

• Must have completed bachelor’s degree in mechanical/chemical engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in the related field
• Must have knowledge of ISO, SPC, PQRS/QC Protocols
• Must meet statutory requirement
  Must have the knowledge of product and plant operation
