Principal Accountabilities:
- Maintain and update general ledger of sales, purchase, receipt and payment.
- Prepare and ensure book of account on daily basis.
- Preparation and reconciliation of statements and entry of invoice.
- Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Verify and reconcile invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely payment.
Competency/ Knowledge/ Skills:
- Strong Communication Skills: Written and Verbal
- In – depth knowledge of respective area of work
- Knowledge of related soft ware
- Attention to detail
- Leadership Skills
