Franchisee Marketing Officer

Principal Accountabilities:
- Conduct regular field visits to identify potential markets for franchise expansion.
- Interact with local businesses to understand their needs and assess their suitability for franchise partnership.
- Promote Nimbus Bazaar’s franchise model and benefits to prospective franchisees.
- Explain operational requirements, investment details, and expected returns to interested parties.
- Act as the primary point of contact for franchise-related inquiries.
- Maintain detailed records of daily visits, leads generated, and status updates.
- Assist in the negotiation and closure of franchise agreements.
Competency/ Knowledge/ Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to negotiate and influence effectively.
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
