Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell a range of agricultural products (seeds, fertilizers, pesticides) to farmers and agricultural businesses.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the agricultural sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and agro vets.
- Conduct regular visits to farms and agricultural businesses to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Identify potential dealers and expand the dealer network in assigned territories.
- Monitor dealer performance and provide necessary guidance to ensure sales targets are met.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
- Analyze market data to identify sales opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the management team.
- Track sales performance and provide insights on areas for improvement.
