Designation: Officer
Department: Inventory – Depot
Education Qualification: Plus Two/ Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: At least 1 year in Inventory Department
Location: Pokhara

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Timely correspondence and accounting of all receipt and issue of goods implementing FIFO/LIFO
  • Timely information of near to expiring products and slow-moving products
  • Use SAP ERP for every process and reporting of regular nature
  • Timely notification about non – saleable goods
  • Prepare daily stock report
  • Promote and Monitor Good Housekeeping Practice
  • Daily physical reconciliation of stocks with software
  • Prepare Party Billing
  • Process Order request from factory
  • Daily party follow ups
  • Cash and cheque Deposits
  • Stock In/Out entry in software
  • Other task as assigned by supervisor/ Management
