Designation: Executive – HR

Education Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree
Experience: At least 2-3 years in HR Department
Location: Head Office, Sinamangal
Principal Accountabilities:
- Monthly Payroll Checking and Disbursement of Nimbus
- Check and confirm the SSF of all employees
- Calculation and disbursement of other compensation plans; Bonuses, Incentives, Advances, etc.
- Identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies in timesheets and payroll records
- Up-to-date information on compensation, benefit, and other required information in HRIS
- Prepare and monitor monthly compensation trends across Nimbus
- Standardization of Compensation and Benefits practices across the company
Competency/ Knowledge/ Skills:
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Strong knowledge of Labor Laws, SSF, MS Office Package, Payroll, HRIS
- Leadership abilities
- Confidence using relevant technologies
- Organizational skills
- Proficient in using MS- Excel
