Basic Information:

Designation: Executive – HR
Department: Human Resources
Education Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree
Experience: At least 2-3 years in HR Department
Location: Head Office, Sinamangal

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Monthly Payroll Checking and Disbursement of Nimbus
  • Check and confirm the SSF of all employees
  • Calculation and disbursement of other compensation plans; Bonuses, Incentives, Advances, etc.
  • Identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies in timesheets and payroll records
  • Up-to-date information on compensation, benefit, and other required information in HRIS
  • Prepare and monitor monthly compensation trends across Nimbus
  • Standardization of Compensation and Benefits practices across the company

Competency/ Knowledge/ Skills:

  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Strong knowledge of Labor Laws, SSF, MS Office Package, Payroll, HRIS
  • Leadership abilities
  • Confidence using relevant technologies
  • Organizational skills
  • Proficient in using MS- Excel
