Officer – Finance
Basic Information:

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the accounts team for balance confirmations and related financial matters.
- Prepare and draft internal and external correspondence, including memos related to working capital loan renewals and banking communications.
- Ensure timely execution of fund transfers.
- Liaise with banks for fund transfers, loan processing, and related transactions.
- Assist the finance manager as needed.
- Conduct regular analysis of financial costs, including loan and insurance-related expenses.
- Coordinate with banks and insurance providers for policy claims, renewals, and financial instruments such as Letters of Credit (LC) and Lease Transactions (LT).

- Analytical/Problem Solving Skills
- Strong Communication Skills: Written and Verbal
- Knowledge about Accounting principles, cost accounting methods, financial analysis and Insurance
- Proficiency in ERP systems
