Requirement:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering: Completion of a recognized diploma program in civil engineering, typically from institutions like CTEVT or equivalent
- Practical Field Experience: Hands-one experience in construction supervision, material estimation, and site coordination is highly valued
- Technical and Organizational Skills: Ability to read drawings, manage site activities and communicate effectively with teams and contractors
