We are now looking for Mechanical Engineers with 3 plus years of experience for our affiliated company in Kathmandu, Nepal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and development of mechanical systems and components using CAD software.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to innovate new product concepts.
• Work closely with manufacturing and production teams to ensure seamless implementation.
• Participate in design reviews and offer valuable insights to improve the overall product quality.
• Conduct detailed analysis and simulations to optimize performance and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical issues during development or production phases.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Strong CAD proficiency (SolidWorks/Inventor/Creo/Catia/AutoCAD) and a solid understanding of industry standards and regulations.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to apply engineering principles to solve complex problems.
• Expertise in Sheet metal, welded steel structure, and layout design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and clients.
• Proactive and multitasking capabilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of PDM systems (e.g., Windchill/Enovia) is a plus.
